Price deterring you? This is 450 pages jammed packed with education, instruction, self assessment and exercises from head to toe. Even a yoga nidra/ NSDR section. A MUST for your home self care!

I bought this book to accompany the course with Jill Miller. The content is detailed, accessible for anyone and full of useful QR codes for complimentary information. As a former instructor I know the value of a good textbook and this one is bang on. The information is very up to date.
If you plan on taking her body by breath course get reading well ahead of time so you can really absorb the valuable intel before so you can really dig in and get all the “delicious” tidbits she has to share.

This book is PHENOMENAL, and Big! I took the online class as well but it would have been very understandable without the course. The information is up-to-date and so well laid out with diagrams, exercises, visual aids and helpful summaries. The author Jill Miller knows her stuff and is VERY well educated as you will see by all the references. If you are a body worker, a trainer or just want to feel better and breathe better, this book will make a huge impact on your life as it has mine. A treasure!!

I Love the way she has written this book. You can learn the breathing and rolling techniques that will IMPROVE your quality of life.
When you use these techniques they help to move your fascia and relieve your stress and tension.
I Highly recommend this book! Especially if you have stress and or chronic pain this book is for you.
