I love this Pilates instructor’s, thoughtful, diverse, and interesting look at the discipline. It is different from my prior instruction sets but I loved the Pinterest exercises and decided to try it. The book exercises provide various levels of intensity, it is easy to mix and match, and the instructions are easy to understand. The only improvement would be to include one thing: I like when I am told when to breath to maximize the benefits of Pilates. Without the breathing instructions, the book remains EXCELLENT. How that is true…She actually knows what she is doing with the variety provided. This is a great gift for yourself or others.
