I wish I’d known this stuff years ago. Thank you Sal, thank you! I’ve waisted years failing to ever get a sustainable solution to my weight issues and type 2 diabetes because I’m not a fitness fanatic who loves to run on a treadmill for hours each week. There is a better way. This book unlocked it for me. I’ve lost 45LBs so far and have kept it off just doing modest amounts of consistent body weight and dumbbell work. I have a gym in my basement with Weights, bench, circuit etc. but with all the books in the past none were as concise and explained the hows, whys and ways to get results.
